Welcome to AirPlate Documentation
AirPlate is a Danish company in Odense. We are engineers from the Drone Research Center at the University of Southern Denmark, and we build drone detection and Remote ID technology so that drones can share the airspace safely with manned aviation.
This documentation shows you how to set up and use our products and the AirPlate app. Start with what AirPlate does, jump to a common task, or search at the top of the page.
What AirPlate does
Section titled “What AirPlate does”Detect drones over your site
AirDetect sensors pick up the drones that fly near your site. The AirPlate app shows each drone and, often, where its pilot is, alerts you and keeps a log of every flight. Subscribe to the sensor data, or buy or rent your own sensors.
Drone Detection →Make your own drone visible
The Remote ID Pro is a small module for drone pilots. It makes your drone broadcast Remote ID, as EU rules require, and shows your flights live in the AirPlate app.
Remote ID Pro →The AirPlate app
Section titled “The AirPlate app”Both come together in the AirPlate app at app.airplate.dk. Log in with your AirPlate account to follow drones and flights live, look back at earlier flights, and manage your organization’s users and devices. Protect your account with two-factor authentication.
